- Body Mass Index Over 27 - Study involves 1 stay of 94 nights & 1 follow-up
- Compensation up to $28,408 may be provided for time and participation

Details
The purpose of this study is to evaluate how much of the study drug gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to get rid of it when given as different formulations, either with or without food, at increasing dose levels, as well as evaluating the safety and tolerability (side effects) of the study drug, when given to healthy overweight and obese subjects.
