The investigational drug in this research study is being developed for the treatment of breast cancer.

Cohort 3

The purpose of Cohort 3 of this study is to measure how much of the study drug gets into the bloodstream, and how long it takes the body to get rid of it, Labcorp Madison, WI is recruiting for:

- Healthy Non-Smoking Males and Females of Non-Childbearing Potential, age 40-65

- Body Mass Index between 18-32

- Study involves 2 stays of 10 nights and 5 follow-up visits

- Compensation up to $11,744 may be provided for time and participation

- Receive up to $350 per qualified participantwhen given in the tablet form compared to the capsule form. The safety and tolerability of the study drug will also be evaluated.

You will be given an oral dose of the study drug in each study period in random (by chance) order:

•           the study drug given as 2 capsules

•           the study drug given as 2 tablets
