The investigational drug in this research study is being developed for the treatment of certain cancers.
The purpose of this part of the study is to evaluate the effect of rabeprazole on the amount of study drug that reaches the blood stream, and how long the body takes to get rid of it. Rabeprazole is a medication used to treat certain stomach and esophagus problems such as acid reflux and ulcers.

- Healthy Non-Smoking Men and Women of Non-Childbearing Potential, age
18-65
- Body Mass Index between 18-32
- Study involves 2 separate stays totalling 24 nights, plus 1 follow-up visit
