Healthy Men, age 18-65 needed.

The investigational drug in this research study is being developed for the treatment of certain gastrointestinal tumors and a disease called systemic mastocytosis, to be used alone or with other therapies.

This type of study is called a radiolabeled study. The study drug has been specially prepared to contain radiolabeled carbon [14C], a naturally occurring radioactive form of the element carbon. Adding a low dose of radiation to the study drug does not change how the drug works, but helps us to see how the drug appears in the blood, urine, and stool after it is given to you.

The purpose of this study is to measure how much of the study drug and its breakdown products get into the bloodstream, urine, and/or stool, and how long it takes the body to get rid of them. In addition, the safety and tolerability of the study drug will be evaluated. You will be given a single dose of the study drug as multiple capsules.

This study requires one in-clinic confinement of up to 22 days/21 nights. It is possible that you may only need to stay 16 days/15 nights if your body has gotten rid of the study drug before then. It is important that your schedule is flexible enough to adjust to a shorter stay.

- Healthy Men, age 18-65

- Body Mass Index between 18-32

- Study involves 1 stay of 15 to 21 nights

- Compensation up to $9,604 may be provided for time and participation

- Receive up to $200 per qualified participant
