The investigational drug in this research study is being developed for the potential improvement of heart function for those with a heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

This type of study is called a radiolabeled study. The study drug has been specially prepared to contain radiolabeled carbon [14C], a naturally occurring radioactive form of the element carbon. Adding a low dose of radiation to the study drug does not change how the drug works, but helps us to see how the drug appears in the blood, urine, and stool after it is given to you. You will be given a single, oral dose of the study drug as a liquid.

The purpose of this study is outlined below.

·       To measure how much of the study drug and its breakdown products get into the bloodstream, urine, and/or stool, and how long it takes the body to get rid of them

·       To evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug.

·       To evaluate the taste of the study drug liquid solution

This study requires one clinic confinement of up to 46 days/45 nights, It is possible that you may only need to stay 23 days/ 22 nights if your body has gotten rid of the study drug before then. It is important that your schedule is flexible enough to adjust to a shorter stay. A follow-up phone call 3 to 6 days after discharge.

- Healthy Men, Non-Smoking, age 18-55

- Body Mass Index between 18-32

- Study involves 1 stay of 22-45 nights and 1 follow-up phone call

- Compensation up to $12,904 to $22,633 may be provided for time and participation
